The role involves handling inbound calls from German-speaking customers, assisting with reservations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. A sales-oriented mindset is highly valued, as closing bookings will be part of your responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls and provide top-quality customer support in German.Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions.Utilize strong communication and sales skills to maximize bookings.Upgrade bookings from customers.

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For Native or fluent German speaker + fluent English skills. Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Willingness to work on-site in Málaga.
