About Ibis Malaga Centro
Ibis Malaga Centro boasts a prime location in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the historic city center and with easy connections to the Maria Zambrano train station and Malaga airport.
The rooms have been recently renovated (Kai Ibis room) and the renovation of F&B and common areas is planned for November.

As the General Manager of our hotel, your key responsibilities will include:
- Continuing with the repositioning of the hotel and transformation of the guest experience after the complete renovation of rooms, public areas and F&B services.
- Leading as the primary strategic business leader, ensuring exceptional hotel operations that prioritize customer satisfaction for guests, employees, corporate partners, and owners, while meeting or exceeding financial targets
- Upholding the highest quality of service and embodying the Ibis brand ethos.
- Enhancing RevPar through effective management of diverse sales channels.
- Inspiring the team by exemplifying the Heartist spirit.
- Ensuring excellence in our Accommodation & Catering offerings.
- Implementing and monitoring procedures to maintain high standards.
- Upholding labor relations, health, and safety regulations.
- Acting as a representative of Accor and the hotel owner in all relevant matters.
